Brocks start well

September 04 2010 | Mens 7th XI vs Old Wulfs Badgers | 5-2 Win

Lichfield Brock Badgers played their first game of the season away to Old Wulfs on Saturday 4th September.  Lichfield started well taking a 2 nil lead with goals from Jonathan Groves and Nathaniel Coxon.  Old Wulfs struck back with two goals before half time.

In the second half Lichfield tightened up in defence with Josh Roughley having a great game in goal whilst Emma Roughley showing her increased confidence with good defensive work.  Also in the second half Lichfield scored through Woody Bowen and Kippy Bowen with Nathaniel Coxon getting his second.  Ellie Poxon and Chris Sullivan also played well in what was a good start to this new season.
